	Proceedings The proceedings will be published in the International Journal of Modern Physics E , World Scientific Publishing Co. Please see the guidelines for contributors where you can also download the IJMPE latex style files. The proceedings of 30+10 minutes talks have a page limit of 6 pages, the proceedings of shorter talks (25+5, 15+5 minutes) are limited to 5 pages. The page limit includes text, figures and references. Please submit your proceedings by email to "jaroslav.bielcik@fjfi.cvut.cz", Subject: "Jet workshop - author name". The deadline for submission is September 30, 2010.
